Booking & Appointments
-
-
Your first appointment is an intake session where we assess fit, get to know you, and start shaping your treatment goals together.
-
We require cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee, giving us time to adjust schedules and support other clients.
Insurance & Payment
-
"We accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice PPO, Cigna, and Aetna PPO/POS. For patients preferring out-of-network (OON) care—especially if your deductible isn’t met or you value treatment flexibility—we offer that option too.
We also provide in-person prolonged appointments as an OON service, free from insurance limits like 55-minute sessions, allowing clinicians to craft tailored plans, accelerate progress, and dedicate focused time to your needs.
-
We require a credit card or payment at the time of service to comply with insurance contracts. While we also accept cash, check, or Zelle, we prefer credit cards for convenience and efficiency.
Continued Education & Trainings
-
We’re actively developing our multidisciplinary 'Provider Trainings,' a reflection of our pride in our skilled staff. This expertise drives us to pursue advanced training, share our specialties with the community, and ultimately deliver more effective care to our patients and beyond.
-
"Our 'Provider Trainings' are designed exclusively for providers, not patients, to enhance our clinicians’ skills. Patients can rest assured our team is expertly trained and can also ask about group therapy options for their care.
